TaxGPT is an AI-powered tax information assistant. It provides general tax information based on IRS publications and guidance. TaxGPT is not a tax preparer, CPA, enrolled agent, or attorney. The information provided should not be considered tax advice, legal advice, or a substitute for professional consultation.
The Service provides general information from publicly available IRS publications. It does not constitute tax advice, legal advice, or professional consultation. You should consult a qualified tax professional before making decisions based on information from this Service. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on information provided by TaxGPT.
Free Tier: Anonymous users may ask a limited number of questions per day at no charge.
Pro Subscription: Paid subscribers receive unlimited access to the Service. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.
Minimum Commitment: All subscriptions have a minimum commitment of one (1) billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of a billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time after the first billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.
Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
While we strive to provide accurate information based on current IRS publications, AI-generated responses may contain errors. Tax laws change frequently, and the Service may not reflect the most recent changes. Always verify important tax information with the IRS directly at IRS.gov or with a qualified tax professional.
You agree not to: abuse, overload, or attempt to exploit the Service; use automated tools to access the Service without permission; share your account credentials; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service, including: your email address (if you create an account), IP address, and questions asked. We do not sell your personal information. Chat data is used to improve the Service. For payment processing, Stripe handles all financial data under their own privacy policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yellow Fin LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.
